My Yoga Muscles offers educational movement guidance. You choose how to follow or adapt suggestions. You are responsible for exercising sound judgment, especially around pain, fatigue, or unfamiliar shapes.
Not medical advice
Content in the app is not medical diagnosis or treatment. It does not replace advice from physicians, physical therapists, or other licensed professionals. Stop practice and seek help for concerning symptoms.
Purchases
Paid features, pricing, and refunds are governed by Apple’s App Store terms. Restore purchases through the standard iOS flow if you reinstall on a device tied to the same Apple ID.
Intellectual property
Hammoch Apps retains rights to the app, branding, text, and bundled assets. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app as offered.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hammoch Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or inability to use it.
