Agreement
By downloading or using Captured! Our Real World, you agree to these Terms between you and Hammoch Apps. If you disagree, delete the app and discontinue use.
Eligibility & region
Captured! Our Real World is offered only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and located in the United States. Capture and sharing require a U.S. GPS location at the time of the photo.
Apple App Store
For App Store copies, Apple is not responsible for maintenance or support, nor for product claims. Apple may act as a third-party beneficiary. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application EULA also applies: Apple Standard EULA.
Accounts & CloudKit
Functionality requires an Apple ID and iCloud. You are responsible for securing your device. CloudKit quotas or outages may temporarily affect sync.
Your content
You keep rights to photos you upload. You grant us a license to host, transmit, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and improve Captured! Our Real World and to enforce these Terms.
Camera-only authenticity
Posts must come from the live iPhone camera at capture time. Do not attempt to circumvent camera-only capture, location requirements, or on-device moderation.
Prohibited conduct
- Violate federal, state, or local law; harass, threaten, impersonate, or endanger people.
- Post unlawful, exploitative, hateful, or extremely graphic media.
- Scrape, hack, or bypass moderation or technical limits.
- Misrepresent location or time of capture.
Subscriptions
Captured! Our Real World Premium renews automatically until cancelled in Apple’s subscription settings. The monthly plan may include a 1-week free trial for eligible new subscribers. Pricing is shown in the app before purchase.
Moderation
We may remove or restrict content, suspend accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement when required. Report concerns in good faith via the in-app Legal tab or support email.
Disclaimer of warranties
Captured! Our Real World is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee map accuracy, uninterrupted service, or that timestamps or GPS readings are error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hammoch Apps is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those cases our liability is limited to USD $50 or amounts you paid in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
