Subscription refunds and some purchase issues are handled by Apple. For those cases you may need Apple Support as well.
Help us reply faster
- Can’t capture? You must be in the United States with location permission granted.
- iCloud errors? Confirm Settings → Apple ID → iCloud is on and you are signed in.
- Photo missing in feed? Note whether Wi‑Fi or cellular and if the capture screen showed “Uploaded!”
- Block or report? Tap ··· on the photo in Real Feed or map detail; manage blocks in Profile.
- Delete a moment? Use Delete on the post-capture screen immediately after upload.
- Legal / privacy: See the Legal hub and in-app Legal tab.
