Smart Scheduling Assistant helps you build and manage employee schedules. The software is designed so that your operational data (such as employee names, schedules, and settings) is stored locally on your device or in files you choose to save—not on our servers as part of core use.
Schedule data, preferences, and similar content you enter in the app or web version remain under your control on that device (for example in browser storage for the web version, or local storage in the mobile app), unless you export or copy it elsewhere.
If you purchase access, payment processing may be handled by third parties (for example Apple for in-app purchases, or a payment provider for web purchases). Those providers process payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple for App Store transactions in the same way a direct merchant would.
Depending on how you access the software, the experience may load fonts or other assets from third-party networks (for example font providers). Those services may receive standard technical data such as IP address and request metadata as part of normal internet communication.
The marketing pages and product, as provided in this distribution, are not configured to run third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. If you add analytics or ads later, update this policy to match.
The product is intended for business scheduling use. It is not directed at children under 13 for personal data collection beyond what is typical for a general business tool.
