Our approach to privacy

PMC is built with privacy as a core principle. We collect as little data as possible. Your trip plans, saved shows, and settings never leave your device.

What stays on your device

The following data is stored only in your device's local storage and is never transmitted to PMC servers:

• Your trip vault (tickets, hotels, routes, notes)
• Your saved shows and artist bookmarks
• Your Anthropic API key (stored securely in device storage)
• All app preferences and settings

AI features and the Anthropic API

PMC's AI features are powered by Anthropic's Claude API. When you use an AI feature:

• Your query is sent directly from your device to Anthropic's servers
• PMC does not receive, store, or log your queries at any point
• Anthropic processes your request and returns the response
• Anthropic's privacy policy governs data sent to their API: anthropic.com/privacy

What we do not collect

PMC does not collect, store, or transmit:

• Your name, email, or any personal identifiers
• Location data of any kind
• Usage analytics or behavioral tracking
• Any content from your trip vault or saved shows
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs

Purchases and payments

PMC purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. PMC never receives your payment information, credit card details, or billing address. Apple's privacy policy governs all transaction data.

Apple's data collection

As an iOS app distributed through the App Store, Apple may collect certain diagnostic and usage data as governed by Apple's privacy policy and your iOS settings. You can manage this under Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements on your iPhone.

Children's privacy

PMC is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the app in a way that transmits personal information, please contact us immediately.

Data deletion

Because all your data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by clearing app data in iOS Settings, or by uninstalling PMC. There is no account to delete and no server-side data to request removal of.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of PMC after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
