Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Online Job Freedom application and related website (the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Online Job Freedom provides educational and directory-style information about categories of online earning opportunities, optional questionnaires, resume-related suggestions, links to third-party sites, and tools to save links you open. The Service does not guarantee employment, income, or results.
2. Eligibility
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Third-party services
Links and references may take you to third-party websites, apps, or payment processors. Those third parties are solely responsible for their content, terms, and practices. Your dealings with them are between you and them.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to interfere with security, scrape the Service in violation of our rights, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text, and branding (excluding third-party marks), is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that information in the app (including income descriptions or listing estimates) is complete, current, or accurate.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50), IF APPLICABLE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
9. Paid features
Update this section if you sell unlocks, subscriptions, or in-app purchases: describe billing, refunds (including Apple’s refund policy), and what is delivered. If you have no paid features, state: “The core directory features may be offered without charge; any optional paid features will be described inside the app and at checkout.”
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Changes
We may modify these Terms. We will post the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, where permitted by law.
12. Governing law
Replace with your jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country], excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in [Venue] have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.
13. Apple App Store
If you obtained the app through Apple Inc.’s App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Online Job Freedom, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the app. Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the app or your use of it. In the event of a third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights, Apple is not responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of that claim. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they relate to your App Store license, and Apple may enforce those provisions.
