Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Online Job Freedom (“we,” “our,” or “us”) handles information when you use our mobile application and any related website (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
1. Who we are
Online Job Freedom is published by Hammoch Apps. The app helps users explore categories of online income opportunities, take an optional fit quiz, analyze resume text locally or in-app, open curated third-party links, and save links they have visited. Contact: jason@hammochapps.com.
Contact: see our Support page for the official support email.
2. Information the app processes
2.1 On-device storage
The app may store the following on your device using platform storage (for example, local storage or app sandbox):
- Preferences such as whether premium or unlocked features are active (if applicable).
- A list of job or gig links you chose to open, and optional exported session files you create.
- Temporary session data so flows (such as returning from a payment page) can complete.
This data remains on your device unless you export it (for example, downloading a session file) or unless you use features that explicitly send data to us (we currently do not require an account for core browsing).
2.2 Resume and quiz content
If you use the resume or quiz features, text you provide may be processed on the device to show suggestions and rankings. Update this section if you add cloud processing, analytics, or third-party APIs—describe exactly what is sent, to whom, and why.
2.3 Third-party websites
The Service links to external job boards, marketplaces, and platforms. Those sites have their own privacy policies. We do not control what they collect when you leave our app.
3. Analytics and tracking
Update as needed: If you do not use analytics, state: “We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in the app.” If you add them, list each provider, purpose, and opt-out if any.
4. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
5. Your rights and choices
- You can clear on-device data by deleting the app or using device settings to clear app data, where available.
- You can remove stored job links inside the app where the feature is offered.
- Residents of certain regions (e.g., EEA, UK, California) may have additional rights. Contact us via Support to exercise applicable rights.
6. Security
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the Service. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
7. International users
If you access the Service from outside the country where the developer is based, your information may be processed in that country or other countries where we or our processors operate.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new date at the top and, where required, provide additional notice.
9. Apple App Store
If you downloaded the app from Apple’s App Store, Apple is not responsible for the Service except as required by Apple’s terms. Questions about this Privacy Policy should be directed to us via Support, not Apple.
