Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 10, 2026 · Operator: Hammoch Apps · App: Daily Veggie Vibes!

This Privacy Policy describes how Hammoch Apps (“we,” “our,” or “us”) handles information when you use the Daily Veggie Vibes! mobile application and related website (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

Daily Veggie Vibes! is published by Hammoch Apps. The app helps you set fruit and vegetable goals, log intake, track streaks and badges, optionally photograph produce, use a home screen widget, and share progress when you choose.

Contact: jason@hammochapps.com or our Support page.

2. Information the app processes

2.1 On-device storage

The app stores the following on your device:

This data remains on your device unless you delete it in the app, delete the app, or use share features that export content you control (for example, sharing a message or photo to another app).

2.2 Widget and App Group

The home screen widget reads today’s progress from a shared on-device container (Apple App Group) so it can display totals and log servings. This data does not leave your device through our servers—we do not operate a cloud backend for core tracking.

2.3 Camera and photo library

If you use Fruit & Veggie Pics, the app accesses the camera or photo library only when you initiate those actions. Images you save stay in the app’s local storage on your device unless you share them elsewhere.

2.4 Sharing

When you tap Share with friends, iOS presents the system share sheet. What you send (text or images) goes to the destination you choose (Messages, Mail, etc.). We do not receive a copy unless you email us directly.

3. What we do not collect

We do not require an account for core features. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or sell personal information. We do not upload your food logs, photos, or goals to Hammoch Apps servers for routine operation of the app.

4. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

5. Your rights and choices

6. Security

We use reasonable measures appropriate to a local-first app. No method of storage is 100% secure. Protect your device with a passcode or biometric lock.

7. International users

If you access the Service from outside the United States, your device-stored information remains on your device subject to your platform’s security model.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new date at the top and, where required, provide additional notice.

9. Apple App Store

If you downloaded the app from Apple’s App Store, Apple is not responsible for the Service except as required by Apple’s terms. Questions about this Privacy Policy should be directed to us via Support, not Apple.
