Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply when you use Connect Asset Converter (the “App”), published by Hammoch Apps (“we”, “us”). Downloading or using the App means you agree. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.

1. What Connect Asset Converter does

The App helps you create screenshots and preview videos for your App Store listing. Unless you choose to share something yourself, your media is not uploaded to our servers by default. You’re responsible for your own content and for following Apple’s App Store rules and requirements, which can change from time to time.

2. Apple-only distribution

The App is made available through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App may also be subject to Apple’s applicable terms (including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement), which apply between you and Apple.

3. In-app purchases

If offered, paid features are billed through your Apple ID. Pricing and availability are shown in the App Store. Unless required by law, purchases are generally non-refundable through us—Apple’s refund policies apply.

4. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App as intended. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute the App binary, or misuse the App to violate law or third-party rights.

5. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE CAN’T PROMISE THAT EVERY EXPORT WILL ALWAYS PASS APPLE’S CHECKS OR THAT APPLE’S RULES WILL BE REFLECTED IN THE APP THE MOMENT THEY CHANGE.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAMMOCH APPS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP OR IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS (USD), UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.

7. Changes

We may modify these Terms by updating this page and the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
